Swanbourne WA

Stay in one of Perths best suburbs, and a 5 minute walk to the beach!

We are looking for a couple or individual to look after our two dogs and our gardens while we are away. Swanbourne beach is a short stroll away, Cottesloe beach front is within walking distance, as are multiple cafes and restaurants.
A 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk will get you to Swanbourne train station giving you access to Fremantle, the city, and the Swan Valley. Walking distance to two IGA's and a 5 minute drive to larger shopping complexes with Coles and Woolworths etc.

We have a three bedroom, single storey home with ocean glimpses from inside, but panoramic views out to Rottnest Island from the deck at the top of the property.

Our two dogs are a 10 year old German Shorthaired Pointer and a 4 year old Weimaraner who require walking every day. They are large energetic dogs, and one has some behavioural issues, so will need someone who is confident around dogs. They have walking restraints to stop them pulling you over while on-leash. The dogs are allowed inside and will sleep inside the house.

We would prefer dog lovers, preferably non-smokers, and definitely no parties.

Parking available in the driveway which is sloped. Wifi included, and Netflix on the TV. Full kitchen, full laundry.
