We have three gorgeous, female dachshunds who love their home, their security and cuddles. They are very sweet and do best when kept together and in a familiar environment. They are crate trained and have lovely demeanours. Willow is 6 and the matriarch, Bailey is 5 and Dottie is 1 and the cheeky "baby" of the trio.
Our home is located only 3 minutes' drive from Lighthouse Beach and Cafes. A shopping centre with Chemist, Coles, Tavern, Bottleshop, Japanese takeaway etc is only 2 minutes drive up the road. Watonga Shops with more cafes, restaurants, post office, takeaway, medical centre and bottle shop is only 5 minutes drive away.
Our home is 4 bedroom with a secure garage parking space available.
It's a 2-storey home, but the main kitchen and living areas are on the ground level, so parking and bringing in groceries etc is very easy. We also have a 11.5m in ground saltwater pool available for your use.
Having your own transport is best and the CBD of Port Macquarie is only 10 minutes drive (allowing for traffic, not actual distance).
The home is elevated, with the large outdoor covered back deck (with privacy screens), facing north and getting nice cooling breezes.
Our home is very comfortable, very clean, modern and spacious.
In terms of gardening, its mostly just watering some indoor plants, a few plants of the deck and occasionally a few selected plants in the garden. If you can mow the lawns (at least front lawn), that would be great, but it's not 100% necessary. The pool skimmer box would need to be emptied daily, but we can also have a pool service in to cover the other requirements.
