Mount Gravatt East QLD

Our house is an older style home but renovated with airconditioning in the living area and bedrooms, modern bathroom and lovely back deck that overlooks the big back yard. You can catch the best sunsets from the front verandah.

Mt Gravatt East is within 5 kms of two major shopping centres; Garden City and Carindale. There is also a Coles and Woolies within 2 kms. There are a wide variety of cafes and small shops. There is a choice of bus routes just at the bottom of the hill on Logan Rd.

We have a 15 year old cat that sticks to himself most of the day but comes looking for food in the morning and late afternoon.
We also have a very friendly 7 year old Japanese Spitz who loves daily walks and loves attention. But also happy to be on her own.

We have had so much rain so no need to water any plants or the garden.
