Avoca Beach NSW

Our home has 3 bedrooms available for use, a swimming pool and a large private garden. No garden care is required.

Avoca Beach is a small beachside town on the Central Coast of NSW with a beautiful surf beach and a village with everything you could need. Our home is about 20 minutes walk (2 minute drive) from the beach at Avoca as well as Copacabana Beach.

We have a 2-3 month old kitten called Luna who needs company and cuddles. She is still an indoor cat so must be kept inside. She has an automatic feeder and water fountain and an automatic kitty litter so there are no real tasks associated with caring for her. She just needs attention and love while we're away.
