Bilambil Heights NSW

We are looking for a reliable mature couple to look after our house and cat while we are on leave. Lucia, our cat is a little anxious with new visitors but is fine when she gets to know folk. However, we are keen to find the right people to take care of things while we are away for approximately 6 weeks.
We live in a split-level brick home with a large outdoor area and lovely view.
Our house has 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a tv room, family room and living- dining-kitchen (with dishwasher) area. The house has several tv’s and Wifi. The large outdoor areas have 2 Barbeques, a Bali hut and Spa.
We are located a 10-minute drive from the beaches, shopping centres, and a major airport.
We have a lovely ¼ acre tropical garden, several citrus trees, and a small vegetable garden as well as lots of herbs. Some garden and lawn maintenance is required, however it is not labour intensive.
The Spa maintenance is minimal, requiring only drops once per week.
We require house sitters who are reliable non-smokers, who are clean and tidy as we keep our house in a meticulous manner, it is our “castle”.
