I have a three bedroom unit complete with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, one bathroom, two toilets, laundry with washing machine, lounge with TV and PC, reverse cycle air conditioning, outdoor setting with barbecue alongside, driveway for parking. The garage has boxes stored in it at the moment so really only room for a motorbike/scooter or bicycle. The unit is a stand alone house and is one of seven stand alone houses around a cul de sac. My only requirement is for my pets to be fed and watered and have some company. My dog would love a daily walk but I'm OK if it's just when you are able. My pets are a Black Labrador called Lotte and two tuxedo cats called Bob and Dennis who all get along well. For those interested in public transport I am very close to the Torrens Park railway station and also close to bus stops in Belair Road.
