Eli Waters QLD

We live on Lake Eli, in Eli Waters, part of Hervey Bay in Queensland. We're about 3-1/2 hours drive north of Brisbane and about 1 hour 20 minutes north from Gympie.
Hervey Bay is a bustling city that is growing rapidly. There is a Woolworths supermarket and other shops about 15 minutes walk away. Aldi, Bunnings and Dan Murphy's are all about 5 minutes drive away (what more does one need?) There is a Stockland (with dozens of shops) as well as other shopping centres all within about 10 minutes drive.

It's a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom residence, and the housesitters will have their own bathroom and toilet. The only parts of the house off limits are our bedroom, ensuite and dressing room, which will be closed off anyway.

Duties include:

. General cleaning and household maintenance.
. Watering of plants, mowing lawns and we'd love someone with a green thumb, as there's always weeding and maintenance required in the garden too!
. Our two very spoilt Maltese-Shihtzus - Bella and Toby. They like a walk first thing in the morning please, and lots of cuddles and attention - on demand!

Ideally, we'd love a retired couple, who are active, non-smokers, and love dogs and gardening! If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you please.
