Forestville NSW

Homely 3bed 1.5bath house in suburban Forestville in Sydney's Northern Beaches, on the edge of the Garigal National Park. Main bedroom has a king size bed, one bedrooms has king single, one bedroom has a double. Bathroom has a shower and separate bath, toilet is separate to the bathroom. We have a large sundrenched deck, with a bbq and outdoor furniture. Our home is bright and comfortable, definitely not the most modern but it makes a lovely home.

We have a bouncy playful 4.5yo schnoodle and a 8yo radgoll cat (who keeps mostly to herself).

Our dog (Nero) has a daily walk (30 minutes please) or a trip to one of the local dog parks. He loves to play with his toys at home and loves a wrestling game followed by a cuddle in the evening. He grazes on dry kibble (which should be topped up each day) and has one wet meal (around 5pm or later) in the evenings - home cooked, i'll prep before we leave :) Nero sleeps in a crate in the main bedroom. He is pretty good on the lead, but can sometimes pull (which isnt a terrible thing up the local hills!). He loves company, so someone who is able to be home a lot is ideal.

The cat (Teddie) has a tin each evening, and asks for a pat every now and then. She and Nero don't get along that well.

We also have fish, which need a sprinkle of food every other day.

We have some small spiny leaf insects which just need a spray with a water bottle through their tank daily, and a top up of eucalyptus leaves from local trees every few days.

We have a few (maybe 5?) indoor plants which i'd love you to water, and appreciate if you could hose the lawn/garden on hot days. We aren’t bothered about mowing, but if you could hose the plants that’d be fab.

Our home is on a steep block with 35 stairs to access the front door. We have a fortnightly cleaner (Thursdays) and ask you leave the house in a similar condition as you found it!
