We need a house sitter

South Eastern - Gold Coast & Hinterland

Looking for mature responsible single lady, or couple. Main room available with ensuite. Other (private) rooms will be unavailable. Communal areas available. Also balcony with 2 x chairs & small table, and hammock accessible.

One small, temperamental and needy dog and independent cat to be fed daily and dog walked, when available. Indoor plants require minimal care. Prefer to meet prior to December 21.

Walking distance to Oval, exercise park, playgrounds and lake Orr. Also walking distance to wide variety of restaurants, IGA, hotel/betting agent and bottle shop. Also close to Bond University and golf course. Close to bus stops, 10 minutes to major shopping centre.
