Regency Downs QLD

Hey there,

We are a couple that is looking for an all rounder for our animals for a weeks worth of care. We live on an acer and a half of land in the lovely suburb of Regency Down.

We have many animals
4 dogs
Dexter 9yo-affectionately known as Dex…. Though it doesn’t matter what you call him he probably won’t listen. Very cuddly, nervous, kelpie boy that might take a few minutes to warm up to you but then you will become the love of his life and then it will be the challenge of trying to get him out of your space. He enjoys staying in his yards and running down the street ignoring your calls for him to come back, but then he gets scared and runs back home anyways.

Nancy 2 yo -affectionately known as fancy pants, A very energetic little black American Labrador. She will love you to death, though she has a habit of throwing paws in the air as she is so excited to see you. We provide a lot of enrichment to this baby girl she loves a kong though if she has the choice will always choose you over food. She enjoys life she is super dog friendly and is well behaved going out to restaurants though her excitement levels for jumping need to be worked on.

Lollipop 4yo- Our big girl affectionately known as puppy shoes. This kid is deadly smart will die for you if you have a training treat. Lolli is more of an independent kid she like to relax near you not really with you but will always be up for a pat and love. She has a very intimidating bark with zero bite and can be frustrated easily on the end of a lead if put in a situation on an outing where she can’t play with the aggressive dog she wants to play with. You can normally find her swimming in her pool.

Ears - 1 yo- affectionately known as fluffins. This baby girl is our house dog she is way too spiolt for her own good she is aloud the run of the house and entire yard due to the fact she is not interested in leaving the yard. She likes long sleeps on the veranda and watching the world go by . (She might come with us )

We also have a walk in aviary with 2 Alexandrine parrots (neo and nibbles) both very social and will land on you. A sun conure (chicken) (she is a monster but if she doesn’t like you won’t land on you) and 2 friendly little cockatiels (chippy and pi) who also will land on you for love. Feed water and provide fresh fruit and vegetables daily .

8 cats - they live in their cat enclosure and it would just be checking on them to make sure they are okay . Feed water and love anyone who comes out.

We have a bearded dragon (Pygmy) Frankie , she will have an outside enclosure that she will be able to live in or inside weather dependent.

And a snake sweet pea, who’s care will just be making sure there is water and her heat lamp and lights stays on / turns off (alarms are set to alert you if this isn’t the case)
