We live in South Hobart and looking for a sitter for our dog and house.
The house has beautiful views over Mt Wellington and the cascade brewery and walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. Only a few to Hobart CBD or an easy walk. A great spot for exploring the Hobart region.
We an elderly chow x husky (chilli) who loves a walk around the neighbourhood and to relax in the sun.
Close to the house there are many walking tracks through the bush and mount Wellington.
We live in a federation era house. Our house is currently being renovated so please do not expect perfection but all will be functionalbut is 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It is safe just a little weird. Good heating and cooling throughout. We have a long driveway that can accommodate a caravan/camper trailer and off street parking for 2 cars. We can accommodate children aged 13 years +.
Other duties will include feeding the dogs and basic house things (mail, bins, watering pot plants etc.)
Note: Cars are available if required.
Sooo lovely to come back and look after these two again!!! Henry is solid, Chillie is cheeky as.... Gorgeous little cottage and owners easy going, great to communicate with :) Hope I'll be back again xx
Candice and Peter’s house is an old house in the process of being renovated but very quaint and comfortable. Both dogs Chilli and Henry are very cool and pleasant to walk with. I loved when they greeted me in the morning. Communication with the owners were easy and friendly and their house is located in a beautiful area of Hobart. I would have no hesitation to house sit for them again.
Candice and Peter's home in South Hobart was a lovely stay. Communication is easy and helpful. Both Henry & Chilli were delightful company and a pleasure to walk down the local rivulet. They are easy pooches and good company. Would sit again, would recommend to others.
Had a lovely experience. getting to know and enjoy the characters of Chilli and Henry. Easy, detailed and clear communication from Candice prior and during sit. Comfy quirky home. Would sit again.
We enjoyed caring for Henry and Chilly. They were very well behaved. The house is right next to a beautiful walking trail and a short drive to the CBD

It was a pleasure looking after Candice and Peters house. They made us feel welcome and their communication was great. Chilli and Henry were angels to look after! Would definitely house sit again!
