60 acre hobby farm, rural setting but 10 minutes to large town with pubs, clubs, shopping, restaurants etc. Horses require supervision ( water, safety) only. Minimal garden care, pool is low care, just scoop the leaves.
Close neighbours / friends to offer any assistance required.
5 bedroom house, unlimited wifi, air conditioned.
