About our home and local area:
5 bedroom, 2 bathroom (+3rd toilet in powder room) fully ducted airconditioned home located in a quiet area of Moss Vale, right behind the main street. Does sit next to railway line, however the house is reasonably soundproofed. 10 minutes from Bowral, 10 minutes from Berrima, lots of local places to explore whether you're into shopping in the main streets of Bowral, or enjoying a coffee in a quaint country cafe, or exploring the vast bushlands/rivers the area has to provide. Home will be fully cleaned with fresh linen and towels provided on all bedding prior to your arrival. I hope you enjoy our home as much as we do! Sitter MUST be non-smoker.

Pet care required:
2 inside only cats (6yrs and 1yr), with a self-cleaning popur litter box, and an automatic kibble dispenser (4x daily). This makes them mostly self-sufficient, with the litter and kibble just needing to be checked every couple of days and their water bowl rinsed/refilled as needed.
2 inside/outside dogs: 5yr old labrador x and a 3 yr old great dane x (sitter must be comfortable with big dogs). They get fed twice daily (morning and night), water bowl checked daily, outside of a day and inside in their crate of a night. They are used to being outside together of a day while we are at work, then come in when we get home. Walks are not necessary. They love to have a play in the backyard throwing their toys, and just enjoying human company.

Garden Care:
Very minimal. The only thing necessary is to water the hanging baskets on the front verandah every 2-3 days. Various plants are in these baskets which you are more than welcome to use: chives, parsley, spinach, tomatoes, capsicum, bok choy.
