We have a lovely 4 bedroom home, . You would be sleeping in our very comfortable Guest bedroom with a Queen bed & its own bathroom. Our home and manicured garden sits on 1/4 acre block in a leafy well-established and quiet area.

The lovely Hunter Valley is on the doorstep - close to many vineyards, beaches and mountains.

We have a gorgeous 12 yr old black Labrador, Millie. She is quiet and calm and is an outdoor/indoor dog. Millie sleeps outside at night, but will come inside whenever she wants! She will let you know! She needs walking about 1/2 hr each day, in the cool of the morning or early evening as she hates the heat.,especially now she is older. Her health & welfare is our primary concern as she is quite arthritic now. She has supplements twice daily.

We are looking for a non-smoking dog lover, fit, mature single or couple, who will walk Millie daily & maintain our property, i.e, watering pots and gardens, when necessary & maintaining the lawn, mowing as needed. as well as good housekeeping & care of our new kitchen. Sorry but we are unable to allow another dog. The gardens are in good shape and no heavy maintenance will be required. You will also need your own car.
