My unit is had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms unit on the ground floor of a small block of 7 units with internal and external access.

It is generally cool in the Brisbane summer but also has aircon and fans. The open plan kitchen/lounge opens onto a wide verandah and with a small deck over a third of the yard. The remaining yard is garden beds and weed filled lawn.

The Holland Park shopping area is a short 2 minute walking distance away with cafes and the Holland Park Hotel. It is a 200m walk to Logan Road which has several bus routes. The Pacific Motorway is 2 minutes away by car. Also, Whites Hill Reserve and Toohey Forest Park are both close by.

Of note, there is no TV in my home. I just rely on my phone and computer.

My cat, Maxi, is friendly and is allowed outside during the day although she would love to sleep on my bed a lot of the time. But definitely an inside cat at night.
