Mornington VIC

Hi there,

We have an extremely cute 3 bedroom unit in Mornington.

We live in a complex of 35 units.
So a quiet couple or family would best suit.
We have a communal tennis court.
And a huge communal pool with a lovely grassy area around it. Dogs are also welcome to enjoy the pool area.

We are a 2km walk directly onto the beach.

A 10 minute walk to major shopping street.

A small supermarket is 500 meters away.

Our home is newly renovated (still have some finishing to do)

We have a recently foster/ adopted a 8 year old French bulldog called Huey.
Huey has 3 legs. Functions well as a tripod. And has a broken tongue (it still works just pokes out)

He is a friendly dog. However is anxious to be at home alone. So someone who works from home is ideal.
Or someone who can take him to work (he makes a great store mascot)
He doesn’t need any walking.
However loves a walk and loves chasing the ball.

Huey will require a little more love than most dogs as he doesn’t like to be home alone.
He will pee and poo out of stress being left alone.
So who ever comes and pet sits will need to be with him for a majority of the day. He can’t be left alone at night. During the day if the weather is nice he can be outside for a short period of time.

He does love a car ride, is happy to be left in the car also (obviously we AC on and window open.

He loves a walk, chasing the ball, going to the beach.

He doesn’t love dogs bigger than himself (can snap at them) so is best kept on a leash.

He loves a trip to the pub/ beer garden. And cruising Main Street Mornington.

I must warn you. He is very loved and you will get approached by strangers everywhere you go. Due to his tongue ( It’s permanently poking out)
And the fact he is missing his front leg. He is a real character.

Our home has a Main bedroom with king size bed.

2nd room has a Queen bed.

3rd is our sons room (11)

2 courtyards. One out the front with large entertaining area and lots of feature cactuses.

A couryard under covered out from our kitchen which leads to my private working studio.

We have Wifi.
All the streaming channels..

Our local vet is also directly across the road.

One car space in our driveway.
And parking across from our unit.
A motorhome will fit in our car space.

We have a few small houseplants that require watering once a week.

Our home is low maintenance.
We just need someone super reliable to mind our furr baby.

Due to our neighbours being so close there are strict noise restrictions. So best suited to a quiet couple.
