Howlong NSW

We are looking for a house sitter in the Murray River side town of Howlong.

The sit:
-Sitter will be required to care for 2 year old dog who sleeps inside and just loves general company. Loves the occasional walk or swim in the river, and will need a daily ball throw.
-Chooks and ducks free range during day and will need to be let out in morning and locked up nightly.
All animal food will be stocked ready to go
-An large but simple 1/2 acre garden will need to be monitored in the height of summer.
-Bore watering system can be turned on and off with one central switch for lawns and a few pots & indoor plants.
-Mowing as required on ride on - likely only 2-3 times over this period.

The location:
-House is fully airconditioned
-10 minutes walk from local shops including supermarket, post office/newsagency, cafe, takeaway, bank, pharmacy, public library.
-Local golf club/course in walking distance and has a great bistro
-Local pool 200m walk from house
