Our booked sitter his fallen through so need a house and pet sitter from 20th - 31st December in Reservoir, Melbourne VIC (bordering on Coburg and Preston).
The pets:
One dog - Artie. A sweet and cheeky small Labradoodle who requires daily exercise. We live 5 minutes walk from a large dog park that we take her daily to run around.
Two cats - Boo and Teddy. They are indoor cats, but have secure access to the back garden. Regular litter tray cleaning required.
All animals are used to having people around often, so you would need to spend some a couple of hours with them during the day and evening.
The house:
New four bedroom, four bathroom, two-story semi-attached townhouse, with double garage, garden.
3 bedrooms/ 3 bathrooms in the main house. 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom located above the garage (not attached to the house).
The home was built in 2022, and has all the necessities. Amenities include; washing machine, dryer, outdoor seating areas, dishwasher, Google Home, and heating/ air conditioning, Wifi, streaming services.
There is street parking at the front of the home large enough to accomodate a caravan.
Great kitchen with a massive oven - big enough to cook a Christmas feast!
The area:
Located in Reservoir (near the Coburg and Preston borders), a safe and cool Northern Melbourne suburb.
Located 15 minutes walk to the Num 11 tram line and 10 minutes walk to Regent train station, so accessibility into the city is extremely easy.
10 minutes walk to the closet cafe. 15 minutes walk away from Regent Street village, with 3 cafes, restaurants, a bottle store, and more. A large Woolworth supermarket is located 20 minutes walk. Reservoir and Preston have a huge range of shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.
Ideal pet sitters:
You will be extremely respectful, clean, and tidy.
No parties or large gatherings.
You will be able to be around the home for a few hours during the day and evenings.
