Fenced-in, undercover courtyard area with outdoor table and chair, vegetable beds, lawn, native garden beds. The lawns will need maintaining. Granny flat in backyard which is AirBnB'd (will be closed during house-sitting period). Carport available for house-sitters use.

Jasper is an 8yo chihuahua, is confined to house and small courtyard. Doesn't need walking - just tummy-rubs and love. He can be a bit yappy at the birds or people walking their dogs out the front, very settled at night though.

Elvie is a 12 yo cat, she isn't physically affectionate, but does like to chat.
