Single woman or couple wanted for my comfortable cottage on 2 acres, with views across the valley. Beautiful sunsets from the veranda. Very quiet. Tourist town Airlie Beach (Whitsundays) and country town Proserpine are 15 minutes drive away in either direction.
Yard and plants will need some watering by that time of year.
My collie cross dog is the main focus, though he will take very little attention. He's a rescue dog, quite timid. He stays mostly in his couple favourite spots in the yard, and in his crate overnight. The house yard is fully fenced.
It would be great if you've dealt with other timid rescue dogs before. And I would want you to meet my boy before I leave.
The house is small but comfortable enough, with a large covered veranda. Island views, a great pub, shopping and cafes/restaurants are available in Airlie Beach, and Proserpine has its own country-town feel.
My daughter lives quite close, if there's ever any questions or problems. Looking forward to hearing from you.
