Tidy 3x2 house on 3.5 acres, plenty of room to park your caravan and car/cars if required. wifi and tv streaming accounts available for use.
very easy to maintain property, being summer the grass doesnt grow so much, i just like to turn a sprinkler on every few days to keep an area of grass nice and green for the dogs.
i have 2 + 1 (rescue) Maremma- livestock gardian dogs, the dogs dont need to be walked, they are very low maintenance, lazy dogs 90% of the time with the other 10% they entertain themselves and play together.

The chickens, you can help your self to eggs when you collect them daily. top up feed and ensure water is available for them and the goats (less than 1 year old pygmy goats x 2), and lamb. the lamb has been hand raised/bottle fed from 1 day old so enjoys company. he will be 3 months old by the time the house sitting dates come around. the dogs, goats and lamb all coexist and get along so no special care needed. they all get tucked away of an evening.

The town - very quiet town with an IGA/Bottleshop/Post office all in 1. the next closest town with more mainstream shops is either mundaring or northam which is 25 minutes away. Wundowie has a cafe in town and a pub/restaurant 5 minutes down the highway near the road house. there is also a couple of golfcourses near by if thats your thing. otherwise its very quiet, might not see anyone for a few days.
