We need a house sitter

Rental house in the family. 2 bedrooms . Close to shops , train . Great bike walk path / walking track along picturesque rustic creek with wildlife.
Large back yard with locked gates. Large tv with Netflix . Central heating and reverse cycle. Wireless internet .Would be looking after 9yo Samoyed . No specific extra treatment needed except company and walks so prefer sitter not to be employed full time and be absent a lot .
