We have a 2 storey home with all the bedrooms upstairs , easy to keep tidy
Quiet, safe location, semi rural. We are on 5 acres close to the Highway and centre of Ballarat, which is a wonderful ‘small ‘ city with plenty of restaurants and cafes, shopping and entertainment
Depending on weather some lawn watering
Very friendly dogs that get along well, don’t require walking as have a huge backyard. One inside cat
Friendly goats ,
2 very cute donkeys to hug
1 or 2 horses
All requiring twice daily feeding and water checking
