New home on 7 acres ideally located in Koroit between Warrnambool and Port Fairy, with inground swimming pool and basketball court.
2 outside dogs (Staffys) that just require food, water and being let out of the run each day for a bit of a run around.
1 indoor dog (GSP) that loves going for a walk or running around outside or laying in the sun or on our laps on the couch or bed (very spoilt).
1 Cat, just requires food, water and litter changes.
1 Pig, feed daily and water topped up as required.
Gardening not required as my Dad will come out each week and mow, water etc.
Swimming pool had inground cleaning system, may just require top up of chemicals if being used, all of which are supplied.
