We live in Warner close to shops..
its a clean, quiet, low maintenance house with no other residents during this period.

We have a 3 years old indoor cat that you will need to take care of that includes feeding her and cleaning the litter tray. Our cat minds her own business and is not clingy. She has never been outside and has never socialized with other pets. Because of that, we would prefer someone who doesnt have to bring their own pets at our place.

No gardening care required as we will take care of it our self before leaving.
