Frankston Heights VIC

Hello!

We are looking for a couple to take care of our much loved pets for about 11 days over Christmas and New Year, but if you would like to spend a day or two with us before we go to get to know the pets and the house, we'd be very open to that :)

Our house is located in a really nice, quiet leafy part of Frankston, with plenty of parks around and just 10 minutes from the CBD and Frankston foreshore. Our location has easy access to both Mooroduc Hwy and the M11 Freeway. Frankston is located on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula and there is so much to see and do!

We have three bedrooms and an office, and a glorious back deck, perfect for morning coffees, naps and BBQs. We have three parking spots, and parking a caravan on the lawn shouldn't be an issue for the time you're here. You would be given the guest room and your own bathroom with bath/shower/separate toilet.

We would mow the grass and water the plants before we go, so garden care would be minimal.

Our main priority is our two dogs and cat. The dogs need to be walked everyday, cuddled on the couch, and the cat is very affectionate too. Meals are twice a day and consist of wet and dry food. The cat needs to be brushed every week, but she enjoys it. The dogs are 24 and 25 kg each, but they're obedient and relatively well mannered (just don't leave a raw steak on the kitchen counter if you pop out to grab something from the shops!) If you could pick up their poos on the back lawn that would be superb, but they usually go during their walks anyway. Top up their water bowl with fresh water every day. They love company but are used to us working during the day Mon-Fri.

We have a dishwasher, two bikes you are welcome to use, wi-fi, washer, dryer etc.
