We need a house sitter

Hi, I am looking for a mature-aged retired single or couple to care for my house and small dog. My house is in Wanniassa, in the ACT. It is a comfortable 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house with a pleasant garden and close to transport.
My little dog is an affectionate,
elderly (but healthy) Jack Russell X
who loves to chase a tennis ball in the garden.
I am travelling o’seas and my dates ( 29/6- 8/8/25) are fixed (flights booked), so I am looking for a definite commitment. I know it’s still seems like a long way off but both house/pet sitter’s and house sits fill up quickly, as you know.
