Kings Plains NSW

We have a 5 bedroom house (1 with an ensuite) and 1 bathroom. 2 lounge room areas and kitchen living area available. The house is situated on 40 acres approximately 15 minutes from the town of Blayney and 40 minutes to Bathurst and Orange.
We have a dog and a cat both are indoor animals. 2 chickens. There are cattle on the property but they do not need to be cared for. We also have an established garden with a good watering/irrigation system so will only require taps to be turned on and sprinklers moved. There would be some mowing required periodically but it usually takes me about 25/30minutes to do the lot with a push mower. We have ample water supplies to the house and garden for over the summer period.
