Enjoy a Christmas and New Year break in sunny Brisbane in a fully air conditioned home near the city. Our home is a bit of a tropical oasis, easy to care for, located next to 52 hectares of native bush and walking trails. Secure street car parking available right outside in a cul-du-sac. We are fortunate enough to be part of a lovely community neighbourhood with a fabulous local coffee house and pizza garden within 5 minute walking distance. Better still it is only 7 kilometres from Brisbane city and home to our energetic, 2 year old Rotti Shepherd cross dog, Levi. There are all forms of public transport close by and the Hawthorne cinemas and Oxford Street cafes are a mere 8 minutes drive away. We are looking for a mature someone /couple / small family, happy to care for our home and to love Levi while we are away for a month. We would prefer a sitter without a dog but open to be persuaded otherwise. Levi needs two walks every day, enjoying nothing more than to play with his dog friends at the local dog park in the afternoon. House cleaning is taken care of with our cleaner once a week and lawn mowing is also paid for and scheduled with our gardener. So you don't have to do much other than to love the dog, enjoy the house and care for a minimum number of plants.
