Low maintenance house with no lawn, garden has retic would just require watering the pot plants and keeping the garden alive over summer with a bit of TLC.
Very centrally located 3 bed house on a lovely quiet street around lots of green spaces and within walking distance to buzzy cafe strip, shops and restaurants. Short drive to the river and on bus routes to the CBD.
There is a pool which will be professionally cleaned before we go.
1 super friendly dog medium/large size needs someone to take him for a walk in the mornings and give him lots of love. Need someone who does not work full time.
1 super friendly cat who needs next to no maintenance, just biscuits and pats.
