We are looking for someone to look after our house and pets while we are away in December.

Our home is located in a quiet suburb of Bendigo right near a walking/bike trail. 10 mins walk to the botanic gardens, 15min walk to lake weeroona. 5 mins drive into Bendigo CBD, it’s a beautiful quiet area. We have a low maintenance garden that doesn’t require a lot of work, most of it is on automatic timers but we have a handful of pots to water. We have 3 dogs and 1 Guinea pig.

All dogs are friendly. 2 are brother and sister (4 years old), the other is an elderly 14 year old dog with arthritis who can get anxious when taken out of his environment which is why we are looking into a house/pet sitter so we can keep him comfortable pat home. Our older dog has always slept on our bed but now struggles with the stairs we have for him to use and needs help getting up sometimes so it would need to be someone who is patient and loves animals.

We also have 1 Guinea pig who is pretty easy going.
