We need a house sitter

Region: South Eastern - Toowoomba & South Eastern

We live on a picturesque 40 acre farm 30 minutes north of Toowoomba in the beautiful darling downs.
We require someone to live in and look after our 3 dogs and a cat. Feed the chooks and ducks and water the gardens if there is no rain forecast. It would mostly likely best suit a semi retired or retired couple or someone who works from home. We have good internet (Starlink), a/c, & every streaming service you can think of.
We have raised vegetable garden beds for you to pick whatever you would like out of. Farm fresh eggs etc.
Your own transport would be essential. Would prefer no kids. 2 of our dogs are quite elderly & wouldn't be fair on them to have young kids running around.

The 3 dogs (Timmy, Milly and Walka) were easy to look after and fairly well behaved, they enjoyed going for their walk each day and getting pats. The cat Madge was very affectionate and enjoyed either wandering by herself during the day or staying close by for pats. The sheep just needed to be let out early each morning, water checked and locked back up (with occasional treats).
