This is a secure gated community, with one parking space available.
I would require a sitter to look after one cat and one small dog.
A short walk once a day for the dog.
I would also require my pot plants to be watered.
Would suit a single person or a couple
No children as Coco has anxiety issues and does not get on with young children.
