We need a house sitter

Melbourne - East

Rachael

I'm looking for a house/pet sitter in Wantirna from December 12th to about Jan 12th (haven't booked my return flight yet). Room enough for a family as I have two rooms with queen size beds and also a third room which can fit another air mattress if required. Large fenced backyard with covered patio area.

I have two cats & one dog.
Cats:
Betty (3yrs, female) - domestic short hair - (torty) - loves to snuggle under the blanket with you on the couch once she's comfortable, is very good at hiding when new people are around. She will be begging for her wet food anytime you go by the dish after 8pm but she has a cute little squeak so its adorable. She can be picked up and snuggled as she's pretty chill. Betty will also play with Prudence for brief moments.
Senka (5yrs, female) - domestic medium hair (white & Grey) - Loves pats and snuggles on her terms, she'll come to you if she is feeling comfortable. She does not like to be picked up, and will likely scratch you in an effort to escape. Her favorite patting zones/times are while you are on the couch or bedtime pats.

Both are indoor cats, although Senka has recently figured out how to use the dog door so she has little adventures in the back yard. She can get back in herself but you may also have to let her in. I try not to let Betty out unless supervised especially when its dark because I can't find her.

They are generally easy to look after as they just need their food & litter looked after and pats from time to time. They just like having the company.

My dog is Prudence, 3yrs, 20kg Groodle. She is a lovely dog who spends a lot of time on the couch or her fluffy bed. She just needs a walk once or twice (if your up for it) a day. She has access to the backyard with her dog door too.
Prudence loves other dogs and has a few neighborhood doggy friends she plays with down at the fenced cricket/footy oval down the street. And if there are no other dogs she's happy to run around may chase some birds or a ball (just not great at bringing the ball back).
She is a great companion if you want company to go get a coffee or meal at a local cafe or restaurant, she'll just curl up on the ground next to you and she's great with people.

I am really close to the Knox Westfield with a bus stop a minute or two walk away. Its then a 5min bus ride or 15/20min walk to the mall.

You'd have flexibility to go out or work etc; just need someone home over night.
plenty of parking space should you need it.
I don't have camera's.

Look forward to hearing from you,

regards,
Rachael
