Cute old home in the heart of Capel. Equal distance from Busselton’s & Bunbury, away from the busy “city” life. We have 2 beautiful cats. One will take a little to warm up to you but our ginger boy is super friendly. We have 5 chooks, so plenty of eggs for you to consume. Easy care gardens on a sprinkler system with few pot plants to take care of. Possible lawn mowing required. fixer ‘uperer’ so front yard and parts of house still to tend to.
We haven’t used this type of system before so I’m just testing the waters to see if it’s something we would like to go ahead with :)
