ALTONA VIC

My gorgeous girl Ruby and I live in a lovely little fully renovated 2 bedroom cottage right next to the beach in Altona, Melbourne, VIC. Ruby is an almost 8 year old Kelpie who loves to play and have cuddles. Although getting on in years she still acts like an excitable puppy at times lol. Ruby has a lovely back yard to run around in and play fetch (her fav thing to do ever), but loves the comforts of her indoor space, especially sleeping on something soft with a blanket covering her completely. Our little cottage is walking distance to public transport and all the amenities and of course the beach and pier. Ruby loves people but can get quite anxious around other dogs so she is best when kept at a distance from them. She has lived with other dogs before but had a nasty experience a few years ago with another dog that has left her quite anxious. I am looking for someone (or couple) that can come and housesit my home and care for my baby over the Christmas period, while I am away on a road trip interstate. Ruby would be coming with me but she does not travel well in a car :(. There will be minimal gardening required, just some basic watering of my plants (in doors and outdoors) and putting a sprinkler on my lawn with a timer.
