Nicholson VIC

We are hoping to find a suitable sitter/sitters for our place in Nicholson. Nicholson is located in the Gippsland lakes area and located between Bairnsdale and Lakes entrance. Approx 10 minutes from Bairnsdale and 20 minutes from Lakes Entrance.
Our house is currently under some minor home improvements but no major renovations is clean and tidy. The house is on a large block so can cater for a caravan or access or house sitter can have full access to the house. Our house contains 3 bedrooms & 2 bathroom with large deck. We live in a quiet court, with friendly neighbours. We are a short walk to the nicholson river ( approx 200m) where you can fish, kayak or boat in. we are also a short 5 minute walk to the local pub, general store/cafe, and boat ramp and back onto the east gippy rail trail which is perfect for walking/running/cycling on.
We have 2 very friendly German short haired pointers. One who is 2 and another older one who is 11. our younger dog is full of energy so will need some time spent throwing the ball in the backyard. Our older dog will join in to but does like to laze around. You will need to be confident around bigger dogs as our younger dog can be boisterous at times. Both dogs are inside and outside dogs but do sleep inside of a nigh time and crave the company of people. We also have 3 chooks that free range with the dogs in the backyard and just require to be locked up of a nigh time and let out in the morning as well as top up their feed. You will receive some lovely eggs in return. We also have 3 ewe sheep and 3 lambs (not so little anymore that reside in our leased paddock at the back of our property that you will just have to keep an eye out, they wont require too much looking after. The sheep are very friendly and you can hand feed them some treats if you wish to.
