My home is a secure, comfortable, recently renovated 2 bedroom home with a study which can be used as a third bedroom if needed. It is situated within 500 metres of Benalla”s main shopping area, lake and parkland. There is a swimming pool and an outdoor entertaining area and carport on the property, a low maintenance garden and a small front lawn, Most of the garden and lawn is watered automatically, with minimal hand watering requirements, and fortnightly mowing keeps the lawn area neat and tidy.
I have a 3 year old miniature poodle called Barney who lives inside and is great with small children,, and a few fish in a tank, which only require feeding every couple of days.
Benalla is a medium sized town 200 km north east of Melbourne.
It is within an easy drive of several notable wine and food regions, the King Valley, Beechworth, the Victorian Alps, Rutherglen and Glenrowan.
