Hello
I am looking for a house sitter/s to look after my little corner of paradise. My comfy home sits on a half acre of garden.
My half an acre of garden includes a small orchard, native plants and veg patch. I am looking for house sitter/s who can tend to my garden and care for pot plants and hopefully assist with some weeding and planting.
It would be helpful but not essential if I could meet with the sitter/s.
Harcourt is approx 7 kms from Castlemaine which has an eclectic array of cafes, cinema, gardens and performance venues. Other interesting spots include the Mill, a hub of art, craft, artesan foods and vintage clothing / knick knacks.
Harcourt offers good cycling and bushwalking options. And of course the mountain bike trails and bushwalking on Mt Alexander.
The Harcourt General Store is walking distance as is the Coolstore Cafe very popuar. And there is easy access to local quality wineries and cideries.

Vera has a beautiful homely house with a wonderful garden. We really enjoyed looking after her home, garden and chickens during her time away. Vera is a very friendly and generous person and we found her very easy and clear in her communication. We look forward to looking after her home at some time in the future.

Vera is warm, welcoming and kind. Her home cosy and comfortable. Garden was a delight to be in. I enjoyed myself immensely. The town was peaceful and friendly people. Best of all Simba the dog was a pleasure to be with. Well trained and behaved, very friendly and loving.....and the chooks were very well behaved too, I must add. Highly recommend this House Sit to anyone.
