The house is located in leafy Stratford, conveniently located for city travel or northern beaches. We have a general store, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. The cottage is at the back of Lilybank Guest House and although you will see other guests in the property, the cottage is separate and has it's own facilities.

You will be sharing the cottage with our 2yo red nose staffy called Jack. He's a handsome boy and likes his morning walks and afternoon run in the parks. He would love it if someone was with him regularly, as he loves human contact and to know you're not too far away.

The only garden maintenance required is to water some plants around a pond every couple of days. It's on a sprinkler system so you only need to set the timer, turn the tap on and then walk away.
