Sandgate is a Brisbane suburb on Moreton Bay with breezy waterfront walks just a minute from our upper gate. Access to shopping, post, library, cafes, pharmacy and other amenities is within walking distance. We have no pets, just wild birds that fly in for seed and goldfish in outside pond that need occasional fish food. Our deck has pot plants that need watering. The extent of garden care is blowing leaves off the gravel paths, no lawns, no mowing! The house is divided into upper floor and lower floor living areas. Upper will be closed off and the self-contained lower floor will be available: with large bedroom + ensuite shower, living room, separate study, kitchen, and separate toilet+vanity off entrance hallway. Reverse-cycle A/C in bedroom + study. Private outdoor patio and use of upper deck also available. Secure parking in front of property.
