House is a 4x2 on 1/2 acre block in Greenfields, Mandurah. We are a 7/10 minute drive to Silversands beach where you can walk down to Dolphin Quay for coffee and breakfast and may even see dolphins.
Greenfields shopping centre is very close which has your essential shops.
Molly is a Red Heeler and is 16 months old and full of energy and loves her tennis balls!! She keeps herself pretty busy but will love you if you play ball with her!
Watering of lawns will be required which we will show you.
We are close to the Mandurah train station so you can hop on the train and head into Perth if you wish.
The Mandurah Forum shopping centre is also close.
