We have a small 3 bedroom cottage with 1 double bed, and 3 single beds available.

We have a 5 year old retired greyhound who is very sweet and loves to spend the day on her bed in the lounge room. She requires a walk once a day - doesn't have to be a long walk but she will be happiest being able to walk around the block or around the nearby Lagoon. She also can be put outside for the day as she has a couple of other beds to lounge on and she is also used to this. She requires feeding in the morning and in the evening. Food is provided.

We also have a 2 year old ginger cat who is lots of fun. he is allowed outside in the mornings for 30 minutes to an hour, and will come back to the door to be let in. he is not allowed outside all day or at night. Food is provided.

House has airconditioning.

We have internet and streaming services on a reasonably large TV. We also have a piano to play if you like :)

We are close to 3 different local shopping centres and beautiful cafe districts.

There are an abundance of small and substantial bushwalks right on our doorstep or within a 3 klm drive to the National Park.

We are only 20 minutes drive to Penrith which is a large city that has many outdoor activities to offer as well as major shopping centre.

We are also only 45 minutes drive to the major tourist attractions in the Blue Mountains - Katoomba, 3 Sisters, etc etc...

We are planning to be away at Christmas for 9 days and are looking for someone who is also available from 19th December to 27th December inclusive. So this weekend is a trial :)
