Our house is clean and tidy and low maintenance located in a quiet area with nice neighbours. It is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate study/library (previously the 4th bedroom).

Our cat is an older lady who enjoys sleeping in the front garden during the day and on the bed at night but for the most part is happy for lots of food and affection on her terms.

The house is a 10 minute drive to the city, 8 minutes to the University and walking distance to Coles or the river and parks.
