We are two professionals with teenage children who are going away as a graduation present for our oldest who would prefer to see the world than get drunk at schoolies.

We live in a 4 brm house. With a border collie/kelpie 2 yr old dog (Neo) and a 8yr old indoor/outdoor cat. (Midnight).

You will sleep in the master bedroom with ensuite. The room has air conditioning and we can provide a pedestal fan as well.

Cat must come in at dusk and not leave again until sun is up. He is not allowed out at night so he doesn’t hunt. He eats twice a day.

Dog needs to be taken to local dog park daily for a throw of the ball as a minimum of exercise. He also gets a walk earlier in the day when we can. The park is a must, he is a working dog and needs to run not just walk. There will plenty of support and friends at the dog park to help you. He goes to the park at approx 5:00-5:30 daily, leaves around 6pm.

Cat eats breakfast and dinner with crunchies available all day. Cat sleeps at foot of the master bed.

Dog gets fed at night after park visit. Dog prefers to be in backyard and spends most of his time there.

We have several streaming services loaded on the TV so you can easily log into what ones you have. Wifi is available for the duration and is high speed NBN. Air conditioner in lounge/dining/kitchen area and master bedroom. There are two toilets and bathrooms to use.

Mowing will not be needed as we will mow prior to leaving. Parking for one vehicle in our driveway will be available for your use.

We would like to meet prior to sit approval to ensure animals are happy with you.
