Two bedroom unit under main house. Airconditioned. Close to CBD, stadium, pubs, restaurants, theatre, movies. 20-25 min walk to The Strand.
2 small dogs, both poodle crosses.
Water pot plants, once a week, put on sprinklers 3 times a week, mow.
