We need a house sitter

Our home is in a rural community approximately 9 Thousand people 
A Double brick home on 2 acres with 3 bedrooms, ensuite and main bathroom , formal lounge and dining room, front room and kitchen, entertainment area, front veranda. A room off the double brick garage classed as another bedroom with shower and toilet. An inground swimming pool 
Cootamundra has RSL Club and Country Club, beautiful golf course,, 3 Pubs all have restaurants to eat, a Chinese restaurant and a take away Thai, an Indian restaurant Two gyms, Pilaties classes, exercise classes at a hall Churches and a Community kitchen open Wednesdays at 5.30 during school terms. Plenty of coffee shops sell great coffee and food. Beautiful parks one park having the Captains walk, walking groups and bike groups , great walk areas. Tennis courts, pool and sports stadium. A hospital and medical centres and other Doctor surgeries. The birth place of Sir Donald Bradman you can visit his home. 
An Art Centre with various shows and movies there is plenty to see and do in Cootamundra 
line dancing, sewing groups and more. Cootamundra is very central with Wagga Wagga an hour away, Canberra 2 hours away. Junee and Temora 40 mins away. 
We have 2 miniature schnauzers a female called Roxy she is 9 years old and a male called Bentley who is 5 years old, they are inside dogs and have a fenced area to go outside, they are obedient and crate trained of a night to sleep. We have done a social story for them both to get to know them better. 
We have a bore and water system that is timed and goes off 3 times a week. 
If anything needed doing outside it would be mowing which we have a ride on mower
