Well cared for Single Level Four Bedroom home, (one used as study 3 with double beds), Fully tiled/laminated living areas, 3 bedrooms carpeted. Bathroom, Ensuite, Laundry, small easily maintained in ground pool,
Small yard. Close to local shops and bus transport. Short drive to Westfield Miranda and local beaches.
House sitter will also be required to care for adorable 12yo female chihuahua x mini foxy. Loves company and attention and to just sit and relax with you in.
