Looking for a dog lover, someone who understands that dogs are part of the family! We have a 3 year old Groodle called Coby who loves to follow you everywhere you go. He is friendly and loves company and affection from people. He will need walking every day for around 30-45 minutes, alternatively a run at a fenced dog park is also an option.
Our house has one available bedroom to use and two bathrooms. It is a spacious house with living areas upstairs and down, along with lovely decks on both levels overlooking Mt Cootha, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment.
Our ideal house sitter is someone who can spend a lot of time at home as our dog is used to having someone at home with him. He can be left on his own, however we try to limit this to no more than 5-6 hours at a time. Some pot plant and garden watering may be required.
Start and end dates can be flexible by 1 day if required.
Mark and Ranyi are lovely people with a gorgeous home and an even sweeter dog. We had an absolute blast looking after Coby.
He is very well behaved at home, on walks and with other dogs and people. Mark and Ranyi couldn't have done enough for us, they were warm, welcoming and helpful.
The only downside of the whole experience was having to leave and give Coby back!
We couldn't recommend doing this housesit enough!
House sitting is a fun, immersive way to experience this magnificent country - without paying a cent for accommodation!
