Jannali NSW

Hi, we are an Indian professional couple looking for someone who likes looking after small dogs and wouldn't mind watering our well kept garden. We are vegetarians and would like to keep our kitchen that way while you sit our house.
We have lived in the Shire for 11 years and more recently in Jannali for over 6 years. It has lovely quiet streets - the sort of place where you can let kids play out front with the neighbors and not have to worry. The people are lovely. The area is increasingly multicultural. Great location - frequent trains to the city take around 40 min, 15-20 min drive to the beach, 5 minutes to Como pleasure grounds (excellent pool, park and a river side cafe tucked away under beautiful tall trees), 15 minute drive to Royal National Park, 5 min drive to Prince Hotel, Westfield Miranda, Bunnings, Aldi, Coles etc. Jannali shops/cafes are great with two new venues for evening drinks and a kid friendly sports bar.
There are 3 bedrooms, 1 study room,1 living room, 1 formal room, 1 mid size backyard and a small front yard.Smart tv with standard inclusions such as youtube, abciview, Amazon, Sonos, included.
Bali is just over 8 years and is a bundle of joy. She is least temperamental, very playful, no fuss dog. She likes morning and evening walks and the standard play etc.
Garden has mostly native plants so not a demanding yard. water it every couple of days if it gets got, else every 4th day.
Have had pet sitters 4 times in the last few years and have had a great experience.
